A Message to Bill Ryan: Hello Bill I wanted to write and thank you for your thoughtful columns called “Billy’s Brain”. I continue to receive the Osmond Republican largely due to your column, but my wife relies on it to send cards of Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, and Get Well Soon. It is all a bit quirky, but no different than listening to funeral announcements on the radio. For the record, I don’t do that.
