KEARNEY The sound of music triumphed over the rain on Saturday, March 29, as eight talented students from Osmond took part in the Class D All-State Honor Band at the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK). Se - lected through a highly competitive audition process, these young musicians showcased their dedication and passion for the arts in an event that highlighted the best of Nebraska's small-school instrumental talent.
