PIERCE — Pierce County Treasurer Christine Bahr placed a notice in the Osmond Republican to remind Pierce County taxpayers that the first half of the 2024 real estate taxes and personal property taxes must be paid on or before April 30. The taxes become delinquent at that time and are subject to a 14% interest rate charged on delinquent taxes according to state statute.
