Village of McLean Town Board Minutes April 14, 2025
Opening
The meeting of the Village of McLean board was called to order at 7 p.m. on April 14, at the village auditorium.
Notice of the meeting was published in the Osmond Republican.
The open meeting laws were pointed out and displayed for public viewing.
Member in Attendance: Tod Voss, Noah Crosby, Nykole Gray, Doug Levos, Loren Gerdes Approval of Agenda
The agenda and minutes were unani- mously approved by all members present.
New Business
An update on repairs to the McLean auditorium and other village buildings was given by Marc Bailey. Final repairs and job site clean up for the auditorium are expected to be done by end of the month if all goes as planned. Repairs for the other village buildings were discussed. No start time has been set at this time.
Grant funding has continued to be discussed, along with concerns about federal and state assistance being avail- able. Further discussions will be done at future meetings.
Supplies for raising manhole covers to street level are being delivered. Con - struction start dates are expected to be announced at the May meeting.
SLFRF-ARPA funds compliance is underway. Full reports of funds usage are being compiled.
An open seat on the board remains. In - terested McLean residents please contact Tod Voss, Village Clerk.

Doug Levos seconded the motion. Roll call vote
