American Legion
Each year, American Legion Post 326 presents awards for distinguished achievement to Osmond High School graduating seniors. A winner and honorable mention is chosen among the boys and another among the girls.
2025 Recipients
Winners – Erin Wagner and Jaxon Vinson Honorable Mention – Sophia Gansebom and Noah Geneski
Winners receive a three-inch gold medallion and framed certificate.
Honorable mention recipients are presented a gold medal with ribbon and framed certificate.
The winner's Certificate of Distinguished Achievement notes that it is presented in recognition of attainment acquired. It is in further recognition of the possession of those high qualities of courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service which are necessary to the preservation and protection of the fundamental institutions of our government and the advancement of society. The honorable mention certificate is given in recognition of outstanding scholarship and achievement acquired as runner-up in the American Legion School Award Program. It is in further recognition of accomplishment and the development of the qualities of courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service. The certificates are signed by school officials.
