Kailey Johnson, daughter of Jed and Shannan Johnson of Beemer, graduated Magna sum laude from Nebraska Methodist College on Friday, May 9, with a bachelor of science in nursing. She has accepted a nursing position in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital in Omaha. Kailey is the granddaughter of Mike and Tammy Lorenz of Beemer and the great-granddaughter of Jacquie Lorenz of Osmond and the late Norman Lorenz, and the late Marvin and Janice Koehler. Kailey is the third generation of nurses in Jacquie’s family.
