GIVING LIFE-SAVING BLOOD — Beth Manzer (left) was one of the volunteers who attended the Red Cross Bloodmobile at Osmond General Hospital on Wednesday, May 21, and donated life-giving blood. The hospital ended the day with a total of 39 blood products collected. Unfortunately, there were a number of last minute cancellations and no shows, plus a few who had low hemoglobin, said hospital CEO Lon Knievel, however, the goal for the day, at 38, was still surpassed.
