SETTING THE STAGE — Making its way down State Street, pulled by a tractor, was this gazebo, slated to be a focal point of Q125 activities this weekend. Owned by Dr. David Johnson, the gazebo brings back thoughts of the city's centennial, the purpose for which it was built in 1990.
