LEAGUE RUNNER-UP — The 18-and-under softball team got second at the league tournament
in Crofton on Sunday, June 22. They played five games: Won against Laurel and Randolph, lost to Crofton, won against Laurel again, then lost to Crofton in the championship game. Highlights included Peyton Brunckhorst pitching all five games and getting 13 strike outs in the first game. There were two home runs on the day: Tessa Gardner's was a grand slam and Kaleigh Miller had
a home run also.
