Barbecued Beef
1 4-oz. can taco sauce
1 heaping Tbl. brown sugar
1 onion, chopped Pinch of oregano Pinch of black pepper
2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce ¼ C hot catsup, or regular catsup plus ¼ tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbl. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed Pinch of dry mustard Mix together and pour over 3-4 pounds of stewing meat. Cover and bake at 300° for 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally.
