Hailey is joining as the Rural Prosperity Nebraska Specialist in Pierce County, serving seven surrounding counties: Cedar, Pierce, Madison, Stanton, Wayne, Dixon, and Dakota. Rural Prosperity Nebraska is the community development arm of Ne- braska Extension and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
