Combined Wausa-Osmond team to kick off 2025 football season

OSMOND - The Wausa-Osmond Vikings had 25 student athletes report for practice the first week. "The Vikings put in a lot of hard work over the summer and are excited to start the season,” said Osmond Coach Bradley Wright. "With a change in the coaching staff this year, it has taken some time to learn the playbook but the student athletes are proving to be quick learners."

Returning letter winners for the Vikings are as follows: Seniors Kay ton Anderson, Braydon Hoesing,

Gaven Nipp and Tate Stolpe, junio rs Mac Carlson, Kaleb Gardner, Ro - gan Hoesing, Koy Kraft, Matthew Schindler, Lincoln Thorell and Ca-

leb Vinson, and sophomore Jaxson Wingert.

Head Coach this year is Jon Baue, with assistant coaches Chris Carlson, Tanner Johnston, Tim Schindler, Dante Schmit and Bradley Wright.

All home games will be played at Wausa.

The Vikings open at Wakefield on Friday, Aug. 29, at 7 p.m.
