German Apple Cake
2 C sifted flour
1 tsp. soda ½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. cinnamon
2 C sugar
1 C oil
2 eggs ½ C chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C chopped apples Stir all together. Batter will be stiff. Pour into greased and floured 9x13inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
