Taceys to celebrate 50 years of marriage
VERDIGRE — Roger and Joyce Tacey, originally of Osmond and now residing in Verdigre, Nebraska, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this September. The couple was married on Sept. 19, 1975, in Wayne at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Roger has spent his life farming and is currently working on building their custom dream home in Verdigre. Joyce dedicated many years to healthcare, working at Osmond General Hospital until her retirement in May 2022. In retirement, she enjoys spending her time quilting — a passion that brings warmth and creativity to her days.
Together, Roger and Joyce enjoy traveling on their motorcycle and spending time working on their dream home.
They are the proud parents of three children: Michelle and Jay Rhubottom of Papillion, Adam and Angie Tacey of Bennington, and Pamela and Richard Broderick of Omaha. They are also blessed with six grandchildren — Alex and Zoey Rhubottom, Raelynn and Ella Tacey, and Blake and Isabel Broderick.
To personally celebrate with them, please join the open house on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Osmond Senior Center from 2 to 4 p.m.
Unable to attend but want to send your well wishes? Cards can be sent to: Roger and Joyce Tacey, 51753 888 Way, Verdigre, NE 68783.
Help us honor Roger and Joyce as they celebrate 50 wonderful years of love, family, and commitment.
