OSMOND — American Legion Auxiliary Unit 326 is showing its support for the American Legion Building Campaign by having a quilt fundraiser. The Legion is raising money for a move to a building in the main business district. See story in the Sept. 24 issue of the Republican.
Unveiled on Sunday, Oct. 5, at the District 2 Fall Round-up here in Osmond was a patriotic quilt donated by Country View Quilting. The quilt is approximately 80” x 80”.
Donations for an opportunity to win this quilt will be $5 each or six tickets for $25. Tickets are available through Diane Borst, chair person, phone (402) 748-3926; Stephanie Stueckrath, (402) 649-8103, any LegionAuxiliary member or through a special link at www.countryviewquilting.com.
The drawing for the quilt will be held in December. The Legion Auxiliary extends its appreciation for the community’s support.
