The Unified Bowling team had two matches this past week, hosting Plainview and Humphrey here and competing in Norfolk.
Osmond Match OSMOND — On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Osmond hosted Plainview and Humphrey. High games for Osmond were Team 1, 140, and Team 2, 119. Team 1 (Matthew Spangler, Kooper Gubbels, Meagan Wagner and Donovan Heiman) got second place; Team 2 (Matthew, Jack Berg, Ava Kumm and Drake Kingham) got fourth place. A highlight of this game is Matthew getting 5 strikes and 3 spares in his games.

Schools included teams from Plainview, Grand Island, South Sioux City, Omaha Nation, Norfolk, North Bend, Wayne, West Point, Randolph, and York.
Our teams showed improvements in a few areas. Team 1 (Matthew, Kooper, Meagan, and Donovan) placed eighth with 660 points — high match score of the year so far. Team 2 (Payton Oltjenbruns, Jack, Delilah Koehler, and Drake) scored 435 and placed 19th. A highlight of this game would be Kooper getting a turkey — three strikes in a row.
