LINCOLN On Tuesday, Nov. 11, Nebraska Public Media News launched "Nebraska Update," a new weekday podcast delivering trusted news and valued perspective in just a few minutes.
Produced by Nebraska Public Media News and hosted by Managing Editor Jackie Ourada, the podcast offers statewide headlines and essential context from a team of journalists who cover important stories from the State Capitol to local communities.
"Our goal is to make it easier for Nebraskans to stay informed about what’s happening across the state, even if they only have a few minutes during their day," said Matt Olberding, Nebraska Public Media news director. "The 'Nebraska Update' podcast gives listeners a quick, reliable way to connect with the news that matters most to them."
