Snow Balls
2 eggs
1 C milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. melted shortening ½ C sugar 3 C flour
3 tsp. baking powder Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, milk, salt, shortening and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil. Cook until light brown. Remove from oil and roll in granulated sugar or powdered sugar.. Cleo Pfanstiel Osmond Centennial Cookbook, Pg. 150
