PIERCE — A coalition of local organizations, including We the People Madison County, Patriots United, Madison County Republicans, Stanton County Republicans and Pierce County Republicans, will host this town hall event to discuss citizen-led petition drives.
Petition drives to be discussed include Choose Life Now 2026, Epic Option Tax, 50% Reduction in Taxable Property Valuation, 3% Cap on Annual Property Valuation Assessments, Winner-Take-All for Electoral Votes, Hand County Ballots for Elections and the APPLE Plan for Education.
These organizations do not endorse any specific petition but support citizens' right to petition their government, organizers of the event explained. Citizens can learn about and sign petitions, and register to vote at the event.
