Strengths: We have a very close, tight-knit group that works hard and is coachable. We return some players that can score and a lot of rebounding ability.
Season Outlook: We have seven girls out this year but currently only six can practice. Freshman Katarina Miller will hopefully be able to join in sooner rather than later as she's recovering from a volleyball injury this fall. Even though we have only been able to practice with six girls so far, we've realized that the cupboard is not empty when it comes to talent, but more importantly this is a really great group of girls that work hard, are coachable, and a joy to be around in the gym. We will continue to develop and improve throughout the season. Our goal is to get better every day in practice, compete in games, and enjoy every minute on the court.
