Tigers & Friends are busy learning
OSMOND — Paige Kumm of Tigers & Friends Childcare shared some pictures and the following information about the kids both in the childcare center on 5th Street, and those up at the “yellow building” north of the Osmond Community School building.
The kindergarten readiness kids have been very busy! They are learning to eat family style, which teaches manners, builds relationships, as well as teaching them to listen to their own body. They’ve started working on the alphabet as well as dressing themselves in all the winter gear so they can get outside and burn off some of what seems like endless energy.
The younger kiddos have rung in the new year in a much quieter building compared to before Christmas, since the older kiddos are closer to the school, using the “yellow building.” We are working on building relationships as well as listening to and figuring out all of our crazy emotions!
