ATKINSON — The Osmond High School speech team traveled to Atkinson on Saturday, Feb. 7.
There was a total of 18 schools this year — the meet grew by over 80 entries and had around 220 competitors. The junior varsity team tied for 10th place.
The varsity team was the runner-up with Battle Creek winning the meet. Osmond students represented their school well as they continued to perfect their events. Students will continue to use judge feedback and perfect their speeches before the next meet.

Wausa on Saturday, Feb. 14. This meet will feature both varsity and JV teams.
