Corn Pudding
1 can cream style corn
4 Tbl. melted butter
2 Tbl. pimento, chopped
2 Tbl. green pepper, chopped ¾ C milk 4 Tbl. flour
4 Tbl. sugar
4 Tbl. cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1¼ tsp. salt Mix all together. Bake at 325° for
1-1½ hours or until set. Serves 6.
