Lately, geese have been seen flying north, and the weather has been unseasonably warm. About a year ago, this area received several inches of snow, enough to build a snowman. In the past few days, the temperature has been in the 60s, although as usual in Nebraska, that trend will not continue. After a high in the 70s on Tuesday, the temps on Wednesday are supposed to be in the 50s, followed by a high of 28 degrees on Thursday — with
a 60% chance of snow — and in the 20s and 30s through the weekend. But again, that will not last as the extended forecast calls for temperatures in the 40s and 50s next week.
