PIERCE — P.E.O. Chapter BE offers three scholarships to high school senior girls from Pierce and Osmond of $500 each year.
The Marguerite Scholar and Citizen award has been awarded to Ann Reeker, a student at Pierce High School. Ann is the daughter of Julie Reeker of Hadar and the late Harold Reeker. Ann was interviewed this fall, along with other senior girls from PHS and Osmond High School, as a potential candidate for the International P.E.O. STAR Scholarship. Chosen as the sponsored International STAR candidate from Chapter BE, Ann was awarded the Marguerite Scholarship of $500.
Chapter BE has two additional $500 scholarships that are available — the Dorothy Fogle Memorial Scholarship and the Candace Fritz Memorial Scholarship. The deadline for application for these scholarships is March 1, 2026.
Applications for these two scholarships are available from the guidance counselors at Pierce and Osmond High Schools. Completed student applications are to be emailed to [email protected].
