Moes is medical director at Bennington Health Center

BENNINGTON — Nebraska Medi- cine's newest health center officially opened its doors Monday, March 9.

Bennington Health Center, located on the northwest corner of 156th and State streets in Bennington, will offer families a chance to establish care with a Nebraska Medicine primary care provider right in their own neighborhood. Providers and patients will work together to improve health and wellness, and the facility will be open for appointments Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Primary care is about really getting to know your patients and their histories and working together to meet their goals and maintain their wellness,” says Chad Moes, MD, medical director. “We’re honored to offer those personal connections to the Bennington community and look forward to seeing families for years to come.”

“Nebraska Medicine is committed to making our world-class care available to families across the Omaha metro and beyond,” says Michael Ash, MD, Nebraska Medicine CEO. “Now more families can establish primary care in their own neighborhood and have access to our network of Nebraska Medicine specialists and services when they need them.”

The Bennington location is the newest clinic in the growing Nebraska Medicine health network. In recent years, Nebraska Medicine has opened new primary care locations in Millard, Elkhorn, North Omaha (Fontenelle and Girls Inc.), Chalco and Papillion. These locations join more than a dozen other Nebraska Medicine health centers serving communities across the region - from Grand Island to Bellevue.

Chad Moes is the son of Brian and Jolene Moes of Osmond, and is a 2001 graduate of Osmond High School. He and wife Katie live in Elkhorn with their three children, Harper, 7, Lila, 5, and Asher, 2.
