WAYNE — The District Speech Meet was held at Wayne High School on Monday, March 16. Wayne was the host for the B-3, D1-3, and D2-2 districts. The schools in the D2-2 District were: Elgin, High Plains Community, Newman Grove, Niobrara, Osmond, Scribner-Snyder, St. Edward, O’Neill St. Mary’s, Verdigre.
