LINCOLN Two upcoming "Big Red Wrap-Up" specials offer a first look at the upcoming 2026 Husker football season.
First, catch a television rebroadcast of the annual intersquad scrimmage as Coach Matt Rhule and his team take Tom Osborne Field at Memorial Stadium. “Husker Spring Football Game: A Big Red Wrap-Up Special” airs at 2 p.m. CT Sunday, March 29 on Nebraska Public Media.
Another “Big Red Wrap-Up” special will recap the spring practice session and provide expert analysis of the intersquad scrimmage. “Big Red Wrap-Up: Spring Recap” airs at 7 p.m. CT, Tuesday, March 31 on Nebraska Public Media.
“Big Red Wrap-Up” is the most interactive sports show in the state, connecting viewers by phone, internet and social media. Each broadcast is packed with Husker inside information, highlights, game analysis, recruiting news and background features.
The television series is hosted by Mike’l Severe, with former Husker defensive end Jay Moore, two-time national champion running back Damon Benning, recruiting expert Sean Callahan and weekly special guests.
