SPRING IS COMING - Although the first day of spring is technically behind us, the weather hasn't quite made up its mind, with nice warm days giving way to cold, windy days over the past few weeks. But flower and tree buds are showing us that spring is definitely coming! Although a light sprinkling of snow was evident on Tuesday, the rest of the week looks pretty nice, with temperatures forecast to be in the low 50s and rising into the 70s by the weekend and a chance of rain on both Saturday and next Tuesday. Except for a high next Tuesday only in the 40s, the extended forecast calls for temperatures mostly in the 60s and 70s.

NORFOLK — The Lower Elkhorn NRD Board of Directors met on Thurs- day, March 26, at the office in Norfolk for the monthly board meeting.
