Students of Osmond Community School gathered downtown and at various other locations around town to paint the helicopter pad, parking stripes, curbs, fire hydrants and baseball field posts and dugouts on Monday, May 11, in order to spruce up the Osmond area. They had perfect weather for it — the temperature was in the low to mid-70s on Monday. Temperatures for the rest of the week will reach into the 80s.
