SAFETY FIRST — The Village of Wausa recently used $700 in LARM Armor funds to purchase a bulletproof vest for the Chief of Police. The League Association of Risk Management (LARM) provides the funds for its members that have police departments and a mandatory wear policy for patrol officers.
