PIERCE — Nominations are needed for the 2026 Pierce County Fair Hall of Fame Award. Rules for the award provide that nominations may be made for individuals, couples, families, organizations or business firms from within the county who have provided outstanding service to the cause of the Pierce County Fair, now or in the past.
In the event of the nomination of a deceased person, the rules indicate that the nomination must be made no later than the second fair following the death of the individual.
A Hall of Fame Committee and the Executive Committee of the Pierce County Fair Board will review all nominations and select a recipient. The winner will remain secret until the announcement at the county fair.
Persons having nominations should submit them to Larry Foster, Nick Schroth or Scott Fritz, all of Plainview, no later than July 10, 2026.
