NORFOLK – Northeast Community College has released the president’s honor list and dean’s honor list for the Spring 2026 semester, recognizing both full- and part-time students for outstanding academic achievement.
To be named to the president’s honor list, students must earn a grade point average of 4.0 and be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours. Students named to the president’s part-time list attained a 4.0 grade point average while taking at least six credit hours.
Students named to the dean’s honor list earned a grade point average of at least 3.75 while taking at least 12 credit hours. Students named to the dean’s part-time list earned a grade point average of 3.75 or above while taking at least six credit hours.
“These students have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to their academic goals,” said Amanda Nipp, vice president of student services. “Earning a place on the President’s or Dean's Honor List reflects not only strong academic performance, but also the dedication and perseverance it takes to succeed in and beyond the classroom.”
Named to the president’s list were Xander Brown and Keely Gubbels of Osmond. Xander is the son of Jason and Amber Brown, and Keely is the daughter of Jason and Amy Gubbels.
On the president’s part-time list were Ava Reikofski and Anabelle Vinson of Foster and Erin Aschoff, Abigail Brown, Peyton Brunckhorst, Kooper Gubbels, Jade Halsey and Donovan Heiman of Osmond.
Ava is the daughter of Jay and Michelle Reikofski; Anabelle, daughter of Nathan and Terin Vinson; Erin Aschoff, daughter of Joe and Angie Aschoff; Abi, daughter of Jason and Amber Brown; Peyton, daughter of Brandon and Abby Brunckhorst; Kooper, son of Jason and Amy Gubbels; Jade, daughter of Jared Halsey and Tamarie Vogt and Rebecca Fletcher; Donovan Heiman, son of Dan and Frances Heiman.
Named to the dean’s list were Jaxon Vinson of Foster, Grace Veik of McLean, and Brooklyn Wattier of Osmond. Jaxon is the son of Nathan and Terin Vinson, Grace is the daughter of Sandy Veik, and Brooklyn is the daughter of Eric and Lynn Wattier.
