LINCOLN —The U.S. Department cf Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Sendee {NRCS}, in parmership with the LowierElkhom Natural Resources District, received official approval in May for the North Fork Elkhom River Watershed Improvement Plan in eastern Nebraska.
