OSMOND — The Osmond City Council met Monday, Sept. 14, for the annual budget hearing and regular September meeting. During the regular meeting, the council adopted the FY 2026-27 budget as presented during the budget hearing and approved Resolution 2026-5 setting the property tax request. That resolution will be included in the city minutes which will be printed next week.
