OSMOND — The calendar might say it’s springtime, but in Osmond, it feels more like winter. The rain that started the end of last week turned into a Winter Weather Advisory on Sunday, which continued through early Tuesday morning. This area got about an inch of precipitation, but it quickly turned to ice and then blowing snow, and school was canceled on Monday and Tuesday.
