Lady Hawks take fifth in conference play
Lewis and Clark Conference basketball tournament action resumed on Tuesday, Jan. 30, as the Osmond-Randolph Hawks hosted Winside in Osmond in the consolation bracket. The Hawks showed some strong defense, holding Winside to only 3 points in the first quarter. The second quarter saw senior Ella Scott ignite the Hawks offense as she poured in 8 points in the quarter to bring her first half total to 13 points. 02/07/2024 12:00 AM

OSMOND – The following Osmond Community School students have been recognized for perfect at- tendance during the first semester of the 2023-24 school year. A total of six students achieved perfect attendance for the semester: Kindergarten – Beau Bahr Second grade – Finley Brummels Fifth grade – Lane Brummels, Max Blunck Sixth grade – Alyvia Koehler, Ashlynn Riley In addition, 19 students achieved perfect attendance for the second quarter. Thankfully, no one was killed – but wisely, President Reagan didn’t wait for tragedy to occur before acting. Just four days later, the United States launched Operation Praying Mantis.
