BLOOMFIELD – The Piecemakers Quilt Club met April 11, at the Good Samaritan Society’s Sunset View assisted living facility, Bloomfield.
Garnet Anderson hosted the meeting. Other members present were Bonnie Suhr, Lois Tangeman, Barb Gillilan, Carolyn Hall and Carmella Kinkaid.
Some members brought their quilts-asyou-go to show. Bonnie had one row done; the method of attaching the blocks was discussed.
Barb had another charity quilt done and Garnet will get it delivered. Lois has a top quilt pieced and will get it quilted. Garnet will get more batting for these quilts. The raffle quilt will be going to the long-arm quilter soon; Jan Hoebelheinrich will put the binding on when done.
The club’s next meeting has been scheduled for May 9, at the Sunset View assisted living facility, Bloomfield. Barb will host.
