VERMILLION, S.D. – Elizabeth Johnson, a rural Wausa native, graduated May 4, with a master’s degree in social work from the Uni versity of South Dakota.
She was among more than 2,200 graduating students who were honored during USD’s 2024 commencement ceremonies, held at the Sanford Coyote Sports Center in Vermillion, S.D.
More than 1,000 graduate/professional students were recognized during the graduate ceremony, including: 621 spring 2024 graduate/ professional candidates; 216 fall 2023 graduate/professional candidates; and 171 summer 2023 graduate/professional candidates.
