LINCOLN – The Nebraska School Activities Association and the Nebraska State College System recently announced the Wausa recipients of the 2023-2024 Nebraska State Colleges Multi-Activity Student Award.
The award recognizes students in grades 9-12 who participate in at least three NSAA-sanctioned activities during the academic year. Each high school student who participates in at least three NSAA activities will be recognized and awarded a certificate of achievement by the NSAA and the NSCS.
Activity participation will be tracked using student eligibility lists, submitted to the NSAA by each member school.
The Wausa recipients of the 2023-2024 Nebraska State Colleges Multi-Activity Student Award are: - Seniors: Cashe Carlson, Colton Hagemann, Holly Johnson, Claire Kumm, Henry Kumm, Kate Lundberg, Leah Poellot, Matthew Rumsey, Hadley Vanness, Cade Wakeley, Hunter West, Sienna West, Sophia Wilken and Addison Wynia.
- Juniors: Jessica Andersen, Olivia Barta, Colton Baue, Brady Bloomquist, Jayden Gillilan, Jake Munter, Emma Petersen, Kendall Story, Vincent Vanness and Bailey West.
- Sophomores: Tierney Alexander, Kayton Anderson, Cody Bloomquist, Ainsley Dawson, Taylor Dawson, Braydon Hoesing, Alijah Nelson, Gaven Nipp, Anya Peters, Drew Rumsey, Avery Stevens, Tate Stolpe, Mackenzie Suhr, Luke Woockman and Lexi Wright.
