CREIGHTON – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office responded Feb. 19 to a collision between two semi trucks on Highway 13, about two and a half miles north of Creighton.
Logan Eggers, Creighton, was driving north in a semi with a flatbed trailer and turning into a field access, when his vehicle was struck in the rear of the trailer by a northbound semi driven by Warren Gieselman, Bloomfield.
Both drivers were using their seat belts properly and no injuries were reported.
The sheriff’s office would like to remind all drivers to continue to be vigilant while driving and to be aware of their surroundings.
