OSMOND – Funeral service for Sally L. Gast-Lacy, 83 of Lincoln, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Osmond. Pastor Scott Kirchoff will be officiating the service. Interment will be at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, rural Osmond. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, also at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Osmond.

Private family services for Janice A. Pittack, 82, of Plainview were held Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Ashburn Funeral Home in Plainview. The Rev Jacob Tuma officiated with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery in Plainview.

Eight students named to Academic All-State
OSMOND – The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) has announced the student recipients of the spring 2024 Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association (NCPA) Academic All-State Awards. Since 2006 this NSAA Awards Program has recognized students who meet the criteria for nomination by their school in the season of their activity.
