LINCOLN – For the week ending Nov. 24, 2024, there were 5.3 days suitable for fieldwork, according to the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service. Topsoil moisture supplies rated 14% very short, 42% short, 43% adequate, and 1% surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 22% very short, 46% short, 32% adequate, and 0% surplus.
