Roger D. Rogge, 82, of South Sioux City, NE, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024, at a local hospital. Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Burial will be at Graceland Park Cemetery.
