OSMOND – Funeral services for Alton Orlando Fuelberth, 94, of Osmond, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Osmond. Rev. Scott Kirchoff will be officiating the service. Interment will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in rural Osmond. Organist will be Lori Koehler. Congregational hymns will be “Abide With Me,” “A Mighty Fortress,” “Beautiful Savior” and “Holy, Holy, Holy.' Pallbearers will be Ben Fuelberth, Jeremy Brost, Gunner Fuelberth, James Ellis, Christopher Vaughan, Steve Fuelberth and Jim Fuelberth. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, also at the church in Osmond. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post 326, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7838 of Osmond and Sons of the American Legion in Osmond. Alton passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Norfolk Veterans Home. Stonacek Memorial Chapel in Osmond is in charge of the arrangements. Alton was the son of Benjamin and Bertha (Brockman) Fuelberth and was born Oct. 4, 1929, at the farm home in Osmond. He was the middle of three children.
