FALL VOCAL CONCERT – Once again, Osmond High School music director Christalin and the junior and senior high choruses put on a beautiful fall vocal concert. The event was held Tuesday evening, Nov. 5, in the lunch room. The junior high mixed chorus started off the evening with three songs: “Double Trouble,” “I Remember” and “Be A Light.” They were then joined by the senior high for the song, “Remember Me.” The senior high mixed chorus then sang three songs, “You’re On Your Own, Kid,” “The Prayer” and "Cells." For the finale, the mass 7-12 mixed chorus came together once again for the final number, "I Will Sing," with guest bassist Dr. Andrew Schultz. Ginn explained that Dr. Andrew Schultz is the Randolph music teacher and he played the previous night at the Conference Vocal Clinic in Randolph for the song, "I Will Sing," by Michael Engelhardt. "He played the bass ukelele which adds the bass line to the song," she said. "I asked him to join us the day before at the conference vocal clinic and he accepted my invitation. The concert went so well! It was fun to let their voices ring again in our live-sounding lunchroom."
